How do I order something from Steenschoon?
You can very easily place an order via our webshop. Using the various categories, you will easily find the right product. You can also use the search function (in the middle at the top of the page). Once you have found the product you wish to purchase, place it in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You can view the contents by clicking on the cart in the top right corner. Next, click on checkout. On this page, you can enter your details. Think of the address and delivery option. Complete the process by paying. This can be done via iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, or, if offered, payment after delivery. Confirming an order means that you agree to our General Terms and Conditions, which are listed on the website. Please note: specially ordered products that are not standardly available from stock cannot be returned.
When will I receive my order?
We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. We will keep you informed via email and send you a Track & Trace code as soon as your order has been shipped. Please keep an eye on your Track & Trace page for the most up-to-date information.
Has my order been successful, because I haven't received a confirmation?
It is possible that the confirmation email ended up in your spam folder. Is your order listed in your webshop account? Then it was successful. If you ordered more than 45 minutes ago and have not received a confirmation by email and there is nothing in your account, then something has probably gone wrong. Please contact our customer service so that we can resolve your problem or try placing the order again.
Can I also order by phone or email?
Although we prefer ordering via the webshop, it may occasionally happen that we are unable to do so. If you place an order by phone or email, please note that the processing time may take longer because we have to process it manually.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Items in stock are often shipped to you the same day, provided they are ordered before 3:00 PM. If you need something immediately, you can also pick up your order at our store. If you have ordered something for which a delivery time is already indicated, please take the stated delivery time into account.
