Contents and Consumption - Tenax Domo 10
The contents are 1 litre per can of component A or B. Approximate consumption: for grouting: about 20 to 30 linear metres. for bonding: about 30 to 40 square metres.
These figures are estimates; actual usage depends heavily on the substrate and the thickness of the epoxy adhesive layer.
Simple 5-step processing Tenax Domo 10
1. Weigh equal parts A + B.
2. Mix thoroughly until colour is uniform; add pigment before the hardener if desired.
3. Prepare substrate - clean, degrease and lightly sand metal or glass.
4. Apply a continuous, even layer for full surface coverage.
5. Cure & finish - allow ≥ 24 h before cutting, polishing or loading.
Pro tip: For honeycomb or composite panels, re-check flatness after one month to ensure perfect results.
